September 21 corrections
Restored 23 Australian source links and three sourced phone numbers. Corrected six Italian website fields, removed opening hours from a Turkish phone field, and excluded one Brazilian pharmacy from treatment listings. Its existing URL remains available as a noindex correction notice. Contact parsing now separates telephone numbers and preserves extensions; unresolved values do not become call buttons.
All 140 country catalogs were screened. Source-access sampling covered every country, with at least one retrievable sample in 125 countries. This does not independently reverify every provider.

The recovered Rehab.ca collection contains 1,449 historical profiles, with 698 indexed profiles not recovered. The separate research database also holds 5,460 Ontario program records and 56 Alberta program snapshots. These are not additional verified facilities. Historical contacts and dated bed information were not promoted into live listings.
Scope and limitations
- Missing information and duplicate candidates are questions for review, not confirmed errors or closures. No records were merged or removed on these flags.
- Phone syntax checks do not verify ownership or that a number is answered. Postal syntax checks do not verify an address.
- Older baseline dates remain visible even where later targeted contact checks exist. Previous corrections are not counted as new.
- No provider outreach, admissions check, licensing census or clinical quality review was performed. Web retrieval may use cached source pages.
