Rehab.ai is open care intelligence.
Rehab.ai helps people find addiction treatment and mental health care for themselves or someone they love.

Our mission is to make treatment discovery more intelligent, transparent, accessible, and human.
Our vision is to build a new model for discovering care, one driven by data, transparency, and human connection rather than advertising, lead generation, paid visibility, or commercial influence.
Our Vision
Finding treatment should not depend on which provider spends the most money to be seen.
Traditional online treatment discovery has often been shaped by advertising fees, lead generation, paid placement, and search-engine clutter. Rehab.ai takes a different approach by organizing treatment information around the needs of the person searching for care.
We believe technology can make treatment discovery more useful without making it more commercial.
Data-Driven
Rehab.ai uses structured data, public information, regulatory sources, provider information, and modern AI-assisted systems to organize treatment options and make complex information easier to explore.
Data gives us a foundation for understanding what exists, identifying what is missing, recognizing what has changed, and continuously improving the information available to people searching for care.
Zero Advertising Fees
Rehab.ai does not sell advertising.
Treatment facilities cannot purchase sponsored listings, preferential placement, or greater visibility. Discovery should be informed by useful information, not by advertising spend.
We will never sell leads.
Infinite Iteration
Rehab.ai was designed to continuously evolve.
Our data, technology, treatment filters, provider information, geographic coverage, and discovery experience will continue to improve as the platform grows.
We do not view Rehab.ai as a product that eventually reaches a finished state. Continuous improvement is part of its architecture and philosophy.
Background & Milestones
Rehab.ai launched with the expectation that its first version would immediately begin becoming obsolete.
That is intentional.
Every release creates the foundation for the next one. Every correction improves the system. Every new source, provider, community member, and country adds another layer to what the platform can become.
Each major release moves Rehab.ai closer to its mission of creating a more intelligent, transparent, accessible, and connected way to discover care.

Sunday, September 20, 2026 · Our next 72-hour goal
One connected starting point for care. Our goal is to bring addiction treatment and mental health care discovery together across every country we serve, helping people move from questions to treatment options and direct provider connections, without advertising or paid placement.
Our Technology
Rehab.ai was built exceptionally fast by leveraging modern AI-assisted development and data-processing frameworks.
These systems help organize large amounts of treatment information, identify incomplete or inconsistent data, structure geographic directories, research public information, and continuously improve the discovery experience.
Artificial intelligence gives Rehab.ai the ability to move quickly across information that was previously fragmented, difficult to compare, or distributed across thousands of individual sources.
Technology is not the destination. It is infrastructure that can help reduce the distance between someone searching for care and the people or organizations capable of providing it.
Our Data
Rehab.ai organizes information from public, regulatory, provider, and other documented sources.
In the United States, the platform began with national treatment facility data and has continued to enrich those records through additional public research and provider information. International directories use sources appropriate to each country and healthcare system.
The platform is designed to continuously gather, organize, compare, review, and improve treatment information.
Data itself is not the purpose. It is a catalyst for better discovery and stronger human connection.
Better information can help someone understand their options. Better discovery can help someone find the right provider. Better infrastructure can help a provider connect with someone who needs care.
Rehab.ai is designed to turn fragmented information into useful discovery, and useful discovery into human connection.
Transparency by Design
Treatment information changes constantly. Facilities open and close, programs change, services expand, contact information becomes outdated, and regulatory records evolve.
Rehab.ai does not pretend that a treatment directory can ever be finished.
Corrections, removals, source reviews, and material listing updates are built into the platform. When meaningful directory work is completed, Rehab.ai documents what changed and why.
Accuracy is not treated as a one-time project. It is part of Infinite Iteration.
Transparency also means acknowledging that information can be wrong, making it easy to challenge, and improving it when better information becomes available.
Our Community
Technology can organize information, but people give that information context, purpose, and meaning.
Rehab.ai is being built alongside treatment providers, clinicians, researchers, advocates, people with lived experience, community leaders, technologists, and others who want to improve how people discover care.
Join the Team
Help build the next generation of addiction treatment and mental health care discovery.
We are interested in technologists, clinicians, researchers, operators, community leaders, and people with lived experience who want to help shape what Rehab.ai becomes.
Join the Rehab.ai Provider Network
Treatment providers can review their information, contribute updates, improve listing accuracy, and help people better understand the care they provide.
Joining the network does not buy visibility, create preferential placement, or require advertising. Participation is voluntary, and any provider can leave at any time.
Join the Community Advisory Council
The Rehab.ai Community Advisory Council brings provider, clinician, advocate, community, and lived-experience perspectives into the continued development of the platform.
The Council helps inform provider representation, accuracy standards, corrections, removals, and the responsible application of technology.
Help Improve Rehab.ai
You do not have to join Rehab.ai to help improve it.
Anyone can identify inaccurate information, suggest updates, request corrections, or request removal. The ability to challenge information is part of the product itself.
Why Rehab.ai
Rehab.ai is not intended to be another treatment directory. It is a different model for organizing and discovering care.
The platform combines structured data, intelligent technology, transparent corrections, provider participation, and community input while removing many of the commercial incentives that have traditionally influenced treatment discovery.
Providers cannot purchase visibility. Corrections are part of the product. Data is used to support human connection. Providers and communities can participate directly in improving the information people rely on.
The platform can expand across healthcare systems, cultures, and countries without abandoning the principles underneath it.
The goal is not simply to organize more information. The goal is to make that information more useful to the person searching for help.
Our Founder
Patrick Nagle
Founder
Rehab.ai was developed by Patrick Nagle, a technology entrepreneur and venture investor with more than two decades of experience building consumer internet and digital health companies.
In 2018, Nagle acquired Rehab.com from Genesis HealthCare and developed it into a national addiction treatment booking platform. The company onboarded more than 5,000 treatment providers and helped nearly 1 million people access care before being acquired.
Nagle later acquired MentalHealth.com in 2022 and continued building technology across behavioral health, including the acquisition of Therapy.ai in 2025.
Rehab.ai represents a return to addiction treatment discovery with a fundamentally different model.
Instead of rebuilding the traditional monetization-heavy treatment directory, Rehab.ai was created as a free, AI-native utility designed to help people cut through search-engine clutter and discover care through structured information.

Built to Iterate
Rehab.ai was built in less than 90 minutes.
It is not intended to remain the same for 90 minutes.
The platform will continue expanding its data, technology, geographic coverage, treatment discovery experience, provider network, community participation, and understanding of care.
The pace began rapidly, but speed itself is not the objective. The larger ambition is to create a system where each improvement creates the conditions for the next, and where the distance between an idea, a correction, and its implementation continues to shrink.
As technology improves, information can improve faster. As information improves faster, people can discover and connect with care more effectively.
Rehab.ai is built for continuous acceleration, not simply rapid development. Its reach can expand across geography, information, and scale while remaining grounded in the same principles that defined its first release.
Data-Driven.
Zero Advertising Fees.
Infinite Iteration.
We will never sell leads.
