Our three principles
Rehab.ai is grounded in three principles:
- We are data-driven. We use available data to organize treatment information, make the basis of our listings clear, and improve accuracy through corrections and feedback.
- We will never sell advertising. Providers cannot buy banner advertisements, sponsored listings, higher placement in search results, or advertising-supported phone numbers on Rehab.ai. We will never sell leads, including users’ contact information or treatment inquiries.
- We will iterate to infinity. We are committed to continually improving our platform, standards, and processes. This is a commitment to ongoing work, not a guarantee that information is always complete, current, or error-free.
1. About Rehab.ai and these Terms
Rehab.ai, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. These Terms of Use govern your use of Rehab.ai’s treatment directory, search tools, and submission forms. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
The dispute-resolution section includes individual arbitration, subject to applicable law, with a small-claims exception and a 30-day opt-out. It affects how disputes between you and Rehab.ai may be resolved. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
2. Information, not medical care
Rehab.ai helps people explore addiction treatment and mental health services. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized clinical advice, and using the site does not create a patient-provider relationship. Information on the site cannot replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay care because of something you read here.
The site and its forms are not emergency services and are not monitored for urgent care. For a medical emergency or immediate danger in the U.S., call 911. In the UAE, call 998 for an ambulance or 999 for police emergencies. Confirm treatment suitability, licensing, availability, insurance coverage, and costs directly with the provider and, where relevant, your insurer. You are responsible for arrangements you make with a provider.
3. Facility listings and data sources
The U.S. facility directory is based on the 2024 National Directories of Drug and Alcohol Use Treatment Facilities and Mental Health Treatment Facilities, published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). These directories contain facility-reported information from the 2023 National Substance Use and Mental Health Services Survey. Rehab.ai organizes that data into location pages, listings, and service descriptions. This is a dated source, not a live verification of services, licensing, availability, or insurance coverage.
Dubai listings use the Dubai Health Authority’s published mental health facility list and individual Dubai Medical Registry records. Source dates and the scope of the import are documented in the Dubai directory report and on each listing. A mental health listing does not establish that addiction treatment is available.
Our directory lists treatment facilities and organizations. Facilities may be included without opting in to Rehab.ai. Inclusion does not mean a facility has claimed a listing, authorized its publication, endorsed Rehab.ai, or entered into a business relationship with us. A listing is not our endorsement of a provider or a verification of individual clinicians’ credentials.
Search and directory ordering use location, reported services, search terms, and other relevant directory information. Payment does not determine inclusion, ranking, recommendations, or prominence. Results are a starting point for research, not a clinical assessment of suitability or a quality rating. Confirm important details directly with the facility and your insurer.
We work to improve accuracy and correct errors brought to our attention. Automated tools may help organize and summarize information, but can make mistakes. Our commitment to improvement does not mean that every listing has been independently verified or is current. Please report information that appears incorrect.
4. Corrections, removal, and provider representation
Providers and visitors can request a correction through our correction and removal form or email contact@rehab.ai. Please identify the listing and the information that needs attention, and include a supporting source when available. Do not include patient records or sensitive health information.
Providers may request removal of their listing without paying a fee, claiming a profile, creating an account, or joining the council. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the requester’s authority and identify the listing. Whether or not you choose to get involved, we’ll respect your request not to be a part of the platform.
We review correction and removal requests and may also correct, restrict, or remove inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, or inappropriate listings on our own initiative. Submitting a request does not make an immediate automated change. Removal from Rehab.ai does not remove information from the original source, search-engine caches, or websites we do not control.
Our Community Advisory Council is being established to help shape provider representation, accuracy standards, and correction and removal processes. Participation is voluntary and is never a condition for having a request considered.
5. Contacting providers
Phone and website links let you contact the provider you choose. We will never sell leads. We do not accept payment for sharing your contact information, sending your inquiry to a provider, or routing your inquiry. Sending us a council registration, leadership application, correction, or removal request does not authorize provider marketing or a treatment referral.
We will share an inquiry with a treatment provider only at your specific direction. Providers are independent of Rehab.ai; their own terms and privacy practices apply when you contact them. A link is not an endorsement, and Rehab.ai does not control the provider’s website or services.
6. Your submissions and privacy
Please provide accurate information, submit only material you have the right to share, and act only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate others or include patient records or unnecessary sensitive information.
You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant Rehab.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and format that material only as reasonably needed to operate the service, process your request, and maintain accurate listings. This license does not authorize selling your information or using it for advertising. Retention and deletion are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Private correspondence, council registrations, leadership applications, and correction or removal requests are not automatically published. We may update public listing facts from a correction without publishing the requester’s private contact details. Council registration expresses interest and does not confirm an appointment. Browsing, saving centers, and submitting requests do not require an account. Saved centers are stored in your browser.
7. Responsible use
Do not use the site to engage in fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights; submit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; circumvent security or access controls; or interfere with the site’s operation. Do not use automated collection that imposes an unreasonable load or bypasses restrictions. Ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted subject to our published crawler instructions.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users, or meet legal obligations. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction. Good-faith criticism, error reports, and the exercise of privacy or removal rights are not misuse.
8. Intellectual property and copyright concerns
Rehab.ai and its licensors retain rights in the site’s original software, design, branding, and content. You may use the site for its intended informational purposes and share links. Other uses of protected material require permission unless allowed by law. We do not claim ownership of your submissions, third-party material, public-domain information, or underlying facts merely because they appear in our directory.
For copyright concerns, email contact@rehab.ai or write to our headquarters below. Identify the work, the page or material at issue, your contact information, and the basis for your rights or authority. This contact process does not limit any notice or remedy available under applicable law.
9. Availability and responsibility
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete listings, or treatment outcomes. These limitations do not cancel our express commitments about advertising, lead sales, privacy, or handling correction and removal requests.
To the extent permitted by law, Rehab.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit. It does not override nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights. Claims remain subject to the time limits provided by applicable law.
10. Resolving disputes
Contact contact@rehab.ai with a description of the issue and the resolution you seek. You and Rehab.ai will first try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 45 days after receipt of written notice. This process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or filing to preserve a legal deadline.
Individual arbitration. Except for eligible small-claims cases and claims that cannot lawfully be arbitrated, you and Rehab.ai agree to individual binding arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and applicable JAMS Consumer Minimum Standards. Those standards control if these Terms conflict with them. Either party may use an eligible small-claims court. Statutory remedies remain available. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
For consumer proceedings, your filing fee will not exceed $250, and Rehab.ai pays the remaining arbitration costs required by JAMS. Proceedings may be remote or in a reasonably accessible location; Baltimore is not mandatory. The process provides a neutral arbitrator, relevant discovery, and a reasoned written award. Judicial review remains available as provided by law. These provisions apply only where there is a valid agreement to arbitrate.
Opt-out. Within 30 days after first agreeing to this arbitration provision, email contact@rehab.ai with your name and a statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect access to the site.
Where enforceable, arbitration proceeds individually rather than as a class or representative action. If that restriction is unenforceable for a claim, that claim may proceed in court. Nothing prevents a complaint to a regulator or limits a right to public injunctive relief that cannot lawfully be waived. Material changes to this arbitration provision will not apply retroactively to a dispute already known to either party.
11. Governing law and updates
Maryland law governs these Terms, except where federal law or mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction apply. For disputes that properly proceed in court, the parties consent to courts with jurisdiction in Maryland, without restricting a consumer’s right to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the site evolves. We will revise the date, identify material changes, and obtain consent where required. Changes do not override our commitments never to sell advertising or leads. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, subject to the dispute-resolution section. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future.
