Jesse Hanson

Jesse Hanson, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist whose work brings together somatic psychology, neuropsychology, and more than 20 years of clinical experience.

A co-founder and Clinical Director of MentalHealth.com, Hanson holds a doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a master’s degree from the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. His approach connects psychological care with an understanding of the body and lived experience.

His background includes clinical advisory work for Rehab.com and HOLOS, an interim clinical leadership role at the Ryzio Institute, and four seasons as an interventionist on A&E’s Intervention. He is the author of This Is the Work: Presence, Embodiment, and Awakening.
