Route correction
Australia location and facility URLs now follow the established Rehab.ai public pattern: state or territory, city and state or territory, then facility. Earlier nested Australia URLs permanently redirect to the corrected canonical URLs.
Release checks

- No duplicate same-name and same-city keys
