England
Uses the CQC care directory with filters dated 1 September 2026. We selected non-dormant records explicitly registered for community mental health, community substance misuse or residential addiction services. Hospital records additionally require a mental health service-user band. Secondary dual registrations are excluded. This does not cover every NHS or community service.
CQC data and update notices. CQC notes that registration cancellations and other updates can be delayed. We have not independently confirmed each service is accepting patients.
