The full UK screen covers 1,138 listings. Targeted web-source checks cover 26 listings, with 19 field corrections across 10 listings. We did not merge or remove any facilities in this review.

- England comparison uses the preserved CQC 1 September 2026 extract. A fresh bulk download returned HTTP 403; no full current-status revalidation is claimed.
- Web-retrieved pages may be cached; retrieval is not a new regulator inspection.
- Phone ownership, current admissions, costs and funding remain unconfirmed.
- Scotland coverage is residential addiction services. Wales and Northern Ireland each contain one starting record.
- A missing field or blocked source does not establish that a service is closed.
Matching names and postcodes do not establish a duplicate. Tom Harrison House has different street numbers; Acklam Road has separate trust registrations. South Tyneside and North Yorkshire registration relationships still need clarification. Some shorter UK phone numbers are valid and were retained where confirmed by the provider.
