Selection and limitations

Haryana: all 160 register entries were screened. We included regular entries whose source-reported licence end date was on or after 16 September 2026. Expired, provisional, pending-renewal and prison entries were withheld. The PDF does not state its publication date; the government file is dated March 2025.

Karnataka: 387 establishment records were screened. We included 19 records explicitly identifying psychiatric or de-addiction services with a source-reported registration end date on or after the snapshot date. Generic hospitals and ambiguous rehabilitation entries were withheld. Applicant residential addresses are not included.

Kerala: the three named mental health centres in the Directorate of Health Services 2025–26 institution list. Uttar Pradesh: AIIMS NDDTC in Ghaziabad, using its January 2026 clinical schedule. Its contact page was last updated in June 2017; confirm contact details before travelling.

Provider expansion: public facility leads from Rehabs.in and Recovery.com India were compared with original provider websites. Only reviewed business locations, contact details and explicitly reported services were added. Existing listings were enriched where a match was found. Directory rankings, paid placements, reviews, photographs, promotional descriptions and price estimates were not imported. Unresolved leads remain outside the public catalog; provider-by-provider verification of the full inventory is incomplete.

These are dated source records, not live licensing or availability checks. The licence dates printed by a register do not rule out later changes, suspension or closure. Specific therapies, payment arrangements and availability are not inferred. Missing details remain unknown.

On 17 September 2026, targeted provider and government contact checks added public details to nine existing listings. Read the field changes and unresolved follow-up. Direct downloads identified the Rehab.ai research bot.

Coverage still to add

The national NMBA directory and IRCA downloads could not be retrieved during this import. The ABDM Health Facility Registry public search rejected access. National aggregate counts have not been converted into facility listings. State and locality pages are created only where source-backed records exist.

Corrections and contact

Contact providers directly using published details. Every listing includes the same correction and claim tools as the other Rehab.ai directories. Correction, removal and claim requests require review before publication. No advertising, paid placement, quality rankings or sale of leads.

Direct source download requests identified Rehab.ai. Retrieval dates are separate from publication and registration dates.
